Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante empresa tecnológica con presencia regional está en búsqueda de un Chief Operating Officer con el objetivo de liderar la transformación operacional de la compañía en su etapa de mayor crecimiento: escalar volumen, expandir mercados y consolidar procesos en un modelo de negocio físico-digital que combina logística, refurbishment, e-commerce y experiencia de cliente a escala regional.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Estrategia y Ejecución Operacional: diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia operacional alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento regional, traduciendo OKRs en procesos, métricas y sistemas concretos, e identificando cuellos de botella que limiten el crecimiento o la rentabilidad. 
  • Logística y Cadena de Suministro: liderar y escalar la operación logística multipaís, optimizando costos de last-mile y fulfillment, y diseñando el playbook operacional para la entrada a nuevos mercados de la región. 
  • Refurbishment y Control de Calidad: supervisar el laboratorio de reacondicionamiento bajo estándares de certificación internacional, escalando la capacidad de procesamiento y gestionando indicadores de calidad, rechazos y garantías con foco en márgenes de recovery. 
  • Control de Gestión y Finanzas Operacionales: colaborar estrechamente con Finanzas para monitorear P&L por país, liderar el ciclo de planificación presupuestal e instalar una cultura de ownership financiero en los equipos operativos. 
  • Customer Experience y Posventa: asegurar una experiencia consistente en todos los países y canales, definiendo SLAs, NPS targets y procesos de resolución bajo un estándar unificado. 
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: liderar directamente los heads de Logística, Calidad & Refurbishment y Customer Experience, desarrollando talento operativo y construyendo una cultura de alto desempeño en un equipo de más de 50 personas. 

Requisitos:

  • 8+ años de experiencia en operaciones, con al menos 3 años en roles de liderazgo senior o C-level.
  • Experiencia en empresas de alto crecimiento (scaleups, startups Series A/B), idealmente en e-commerce, logística, retail o tecnología.
  • Track record escalando operaciones complejas multipaís: logística, supply chain, fulfillment o manufactura.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos grandes en múltiples países.
  • Sólido manejo de P&L, presupuestos operacionales, forecasting y análisis de márgenes.
  • Deseable: experiencia en consultoría estratégica.

Competencias requeridas:

  • Orientación extrema a resultados basada en datos.
  • Pensamiento sistémico para diseñar soluciones escalables.
  • Liderazgo de equipos diversos con cultura de alto desempeño.
  • Tolerancia a la ambigüedad en entornos de rápido cambio.
  • Perfil hands-on: capacidad de meterse en el detalle cuando la situación lo requiere.
