Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante empresa multinacional edtech está en búsqueda de un Chief of Marketing & Growth con el objetivo de liderar la estrategia integral de marketing y crecimiento, fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de la compañía, acelerando la adquisición y retención de clientes y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de expansión en mercados emergentes.

Principales Responsabilidades: 

  • Estrategia de Marketing & Growth: Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de marketing y crecimiento, alineando posicionamiento, adquisición, conversión y retención con los objetivos de negocio. 
  • Expansión y desarrollo de mercado: Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar iniciativas que permitan ampliar el acceso a la educación y consolidar la presencia de la compañía en mercados emergentes. 
  • Alianzas estratégicas: Identificar, desarrollar y fortalecer alianzas con instituciones educativas y otros actores relevantes del ecosistema para impulsar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento. 
  • Performance & Growth Analytics: Liderar una cultura de gestión basada en datos, analizando el desempeño de las iniciativas y optimizando el funnel de crecimiento a partir de métricas relevantes, incluyendo CAC y LTV. 
  • Marca y posicionamiento: Definir lineamientos estratégicos de marketing y posicionamiento para fortalecer la propuesta de valor y generar una presencia de marca consistente en los distintos mercados y audiencias. 
  • Liderazgo de equipos: Liderar y desarrollar equipos multidisciplinarios vinculados a marketing y growth, promoviendo colaboración, accountability y foco en resultados.  

Requisitos: 

  • Experiencia sólida en posiciones de liderazgo de Marketing, Growth o estrategia de crecimiento, idealmente en compañías tecnológicas, digitales o del sector educativo.
  • Experiencia desarrollando y ejecutando estrategias de adquisición, conversión y retención, con orientación a crecimiento sostenible.
  • Capacidad analítica y experiencia gestionando estrategias basadas en datos, métricas de performance y unit economics como CAC y LTV.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y articulando con distintas áreas del negocio.
  • Visión estratégica y capacidad para identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado, desarrollar alianzas e impulsar iniciativas de expansión.
  • Inglés fluido (excluyente).
