Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante compañía se encuentra en búsqueda de un Director Corporativo Jurídico para liderar la evolución estratégica y operativa del área legal en un contexto de crecimiento y transformación del negocio.

Rol estratégico acompañando a Presidencia y Consejo en la gestión de riesgos jurídicos, gobierno corporativo, expansión internacional y protección patrimonial del grupo. 

Principales Responsabilidades:

- Liderar la estrategia jurídica corporativa y asesorar a Presidencia y Consejo en decisiones clave de negocio.

- Supervisar integralmente la operación legal, incluyendo contratos, litigios, temas patrimoniales, regulatorios y compliance.

- Negociar y estructurar contratos y operaciones nacionales e internacionales de alta complejidad.

- Coordinar múltiples despachos externos, asegurando una gestión legal eficiente, estratégica y alineada al negocio.

- Liderar la evolución del área jurídica mediante mejoras de procesos, digitalización y automatización.

- Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo jurídico corporativo, impulsando una cultura más ágil, eficiente y cercana a la operación.

- Participar activamente en iniciativas de expansión, diversificación e internacionalización del negocio.

- Garantizar la mitigación de riesgos jurídicos y la protección reputacional del grupo bajo altos estándares éticos.

- Mantener una participación hands-on en la toma de decisiones y acompañamiento de la operación.

Requisitos

- Licenciatura en Derecho. Posgrado deseable.

- Experiencia liderando áreas jurídicas corporativas complejas en grupos empresariales, compañías multinacionales y operaciones internacionales.

- Sólida experiencia en contratos complejos, litigio estratégico, gobierno corporativo, riesgos regulatorios y coordinación de despachos externos.

- Perfil ejecutivo con capacidad de comunicación e influencia con alta dirección.

- Experiencia transformando y profesionalizando áreas legales.

- Liderazgo hands-on, cercano a la operación y orientado a solución de problemas.

- Alto estándar ético, criterio y visión de negocio.

- Inglés avanzado (excluyente)

- Disponibilidad para residir en Puerto Vallarta.
