Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante empresa tecnológica de servicios financieros está en búsqueda de un Chief Technology Officer con el objetivo de definir y liderar la visión de producto y tecnología de la organización, impulsando la evolución de sus capacidades de Inteligencia Artificial y el desarrollo de soluciones agénticas escalables en producción.

Principales responsabilidades

Visión de producto y tecnología: Definir la estrategia tecnológica de mediano y largo plazo, alineando las decisiones de producto y tecnología con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

Estrategia de Inteligencia Artificial: Liderar la evolución de las capacidades de AI de la organización, con especial foco en sistemas agénticos escalables, robustos y aplicables a procesos críticos.

Producto y diseño: Articular la visión tecnológica con los equipos de Producto y Diseño, priorizando iniciativas y definiendo qué capacidades y soluciones desarrollar para acompañar la evolución del negocio.

Arquitectura y escalabilidad: Orientar decisiones tecnológicas de alto impacto sobre arquitectura, infraestructura, seguridad y acceso a datos, asegurando plataformas preparadas para escalar.

Evolución de la organización tecnológica: Impulsar equipos autónomos, ágiles y de alto desempeño, promoviendo estructuras y formas de trabajo orientadas a resultados, velocidad y eficiencia.

Socio estratégico del negocio: Traducir desafíos y oportunidades comerciales en capacidades tecnológicas concretas, aportando criterio técnico y de producto en las principales decisiones de la organización.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en posiciones de liderazgo senior en tecnología, producto o Inteligencia Artificial, dentro de organizaciones tecnológicas de alta complejidad.

Background técnico sólido y capacidad para involucrarse en decisiones relevantes de arquitectura, infraestructura, seguridad y datos.

Experiencia definiendo visión y estrategia de producto y tecnología con impacto directo en el negocio.

Capacidad para desenvolverse en organizaciones dinámicas, con altos niveles de autonomía, velocidad de ejecución y exigencia técnica.
