Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente

Importante compañía multinacional de FMCG en la búsqueda de un/a Controller B2C, para incorporarse a su equipo de Finanzas.

La posición tendrá como principal desafío consolidar, reportar y analizar los resultados financieros de las unidades de negocio de Retail, actuando como partner del área Comercial y aportando análisis financiero para acompañar la gestión y la toma de decisiones del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Construir y analizar el P&L de las unidades de negocio, asegurando visibilidad sobre los principales drivers de rentabilidad y presentando resultados a los principales stakeholders.
  • Liderar y desarrollar los procesos de planificación financiera, incluyendo presupuesto anual, Forecast y tendencias, en conjunto con el área Comercial.
  • Analizar los resultados mensuales versus Budget, Forecast y Año Anterior, identificando y explicando los principales desvíos.
  • Realizar análisis de rentabilidad de productos y desarrollar información relevante para la toma de decisiones comerciales.
  • Diseñar y mantener dashboards e informes de performance para el seguimiento de KPIs clave del negocio.
  • Desarrollar modelos de seguimiento que permitan identificar oportunidades de eficiencia, anticipar desvíos y proponer planes de acción.
  • Participar de reuniones comerciales y de resultados como referente financiero, brindando soporte analítico para decisiones estratégicas.
  • Participar activamente en los procesos de Pricing y en la definición y análisis de márgenes por cliente y región.
  • Actuar como nexo entre Finanzas, Comercial, Supply y Producción, contribuyendo a una mirada económico-financiera integral del negocio.

Requisitos

Profesionales graduados/as de Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering o Control de Gestión. Se requiere sólida experiencia en análisis de P&L, Budget, Forecast y reporting financiero, Excel avanzado e inglés intermedio/avanzado. Se valorará experiencia en SAP, Power BI y compañías multinacionales de consumo masivo.
