Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante empresa líder tech está en búsqueda de un FP&A Director con el objetivo de liderar la planificación y análisis financiero del negocio, fortaleciendo los procesos de forecasting, reporting y planificación de largo plazo, y actuando como socio estratégico de las áreas comerciales y operativas en un entorno dinámico y de alta complejidad.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Planificación financiera y forecasting: Liderar los procesos de presupuesto, forecast y reforecast, asegurando una visión financiera integral del negocio y generando información para la toma de decisiones. 
  • Modelado financiero y planificación de largo plazo: Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros robustos, incluyendo planes de negocio de mediano y largo plazo y análisis de escenarios estratégicos. 
  • Reporting ejecutivo y financiero: Preparar y consolidar reportes financieros para stakeholders locales y globales, asegurando calidad, consistencia y profundidad en el análisis de performance. 
  • Business partnering: Trabajar de manera cercana con las áreas de Marketing, Comercial y Operaciones, traduciendo variables operativas en impacto financiero y aportando análisis para decisiones de crecimiento, rentabilidad e inversión. 
  • Análisis de rentabilidad y performance: Monitorear los principales drivers financieros y operativos del negocio, identificando desvíos, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora en contextos de márgenes ajustados y alta complejidad. 
  • Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo: Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de FP&A, elevando sus capacidades analíticas, de modelado y de interacción con el negocio, promoviendo autonomía y una cultura orientada a resultados.

Requisitos: 

  • Experiencia sólida en FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, consultoría estratégica o posiciones financieras de alta exposición al negocio. 
  • Dominio avanzado de modelado financiero y Excel, con capacidad para construir modelos complejos y realizar análisis de escenarios. 
  • Sólidos conocimientos de contabilidad y finanzas corporativas, con capacidad para comprender integralmente los estados financieros y sus principales drivers. 
  • Experiencia en compañías de alta complejidad operativa y/o negocios con foco relevante en análisis de márgenes, rentabilidad y performance. 
  • Experiencia trabajando con reporting ejecutivo, inversores, mercados de capitales o compañías públicas/cotizantes, altamente valorada. 
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando transversalmente con áreas comerciales, operativas y de negocio. 
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse en estructuras dinámicas, con procesos en evolución y alto nivel de involucramiento hands-on.
