Descripción del puesto

Nuestro Cliente:

Importante empresa del sector agropecuario está en búsqueda de un Gerente de Administración y Finanzas con el objetivo de liderar la gestión administrativa, contable y financiera de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestión administrativa y contable: Liderar integralmente los procesos de contabilidad, impuestos, cuentas por pagar y cobrar, asegurando la calidad de los registros, el cumplimiento normativo y la confiabilidad de la información financiera.
  • Planificación y gestión financiera: Dirigir la administración del flujo de fondos, la tesorería y el capital de trabajo, desarrollando presupuestos, proyecciones financieras y herramientas que permitan anticipar necesidades y optimizar los recursos de la compañía.
  • Control de gestión y rentabilidad: Desarrollar indicadores y herramientas de seguimiento del negocio, analizando resultados, márgenes, costos, inventarios y desvíos presupuestarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia.
  • Business Partner estratégico: Actuar como socio estratégico de la Gerencia General y del Directorio, aportando una visión integral del negocio, información financiera confiable y recomendaciones concretas que acompañen las decisiones comerciales, operativas y estratégicas.
  • Transformación y mejora continua: Impulsar la profesionalización de los procesos administrativos y financieros, promoviendo mejores prácticas de gestión, automatización, herramientas de análisis de datos y nuevas tecnologías que fortalezcan la eficiencia y la toma de decisiones.
  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos: Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de Administración y Finanzas, fortaleciendo sus capacidades, redefiniendo procesos y responsabilidades cuando resulte necesario, y promoviendo una cultura de excelencia, autonomía, aprendizaje continuo y orientación a resultados.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria en Contador Público, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo administrativo-financiero, gerencias de Finanzas, Control de Gestión o roles de alcance similar.
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión contable integral, planificación financiera, presupuestos, forecast, tesorería y administración del capital de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en análisis de P&L, rentabilidad, indicadores de gestión y elaboración de reportes para la alta dirección.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos e impulsando mejoras de procesos, estructuras y metodologías de trabajo
