The posting

The Company Our Client is in the F&B business and has an outlet in the affluent Damansara Heights area. They now seek to hire a mature and experienced professional as Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Reporting Manage the full set of accounts across entities and outlets Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing Perform bank, inter-company and balance sheet reconciliation 2. Sales, Inventory & Cost Monitor sales Track inventory, wastage, COGS and adjustments Review expenses and fixed assets 3. Payables & Receivables Verify suppliers' invoices and statements Monitor payment and collection 4. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and established SOPs Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretaries and other external parties as may be required 5. Finance, HR & Operations Provide data for cash-flow, budgets and analysis Reconcile payroll, contributions and benefits Work across teams to improve financial controls 6. Systems & Expansion Familiar with Xero, AutoCount/ QuickBooks Standardise processes, documentation and controls Set up accounting system for new outlet openings Note: This job description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the successful candidate for this role.
