Job Description

Apoyar los frentes de gestión humana (selección, bienestar, desarrollo y administración de personal) cuyas actividades están enfocadas en garantizar que la organización cuente con el talento humano potencializado, motivado y totalmente comprometido, que asegure el cumplimiento de la promesa de valor a nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Contactar proveedores a nivel regional para el desarrollo de actividades enmarcadas dentro de los procesos del área
  • Gestionar actividades enmarcadas dentro de los procesos de bienestar (viernes de Bienestar)
  • Manejo y administración de la plataforma de bienestar a la carta
  • Manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento a nivel regional
  • Manejar la plataforma de las pruebas psicométricas
  • Acompañar los procesos de desarrollo que defina la organización y el plan anual de entrenamiento
  • Brindar soporte a los diferentes requerimientos que tengan los colaboradores a nivel regional enmarcados dentro de los procesos del área.
  • Perfilamiento y reclutamiento de candidatos.
  • Acompañar el diseño y seguimiento de los planes de entrenamiento para los colaboradores nuevos
  • Realizar llamada telefónica para comprobar requisitos mínimos del perfil
  • Diseñar piezas y material audiovisual para apoyar los procesos de comunicación del área de Gestión Humana

Requisitos:

Formación

  • Estudiante de últimos semestres de psicología, administración de empresas o afines.
