The posting

Als Monteur Fijnmechanische Assemblage ben je in een team van 6 tot 15 collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren van producten dat plaatsvindt in een ESD en/of geconditioneerde omgeving (cleanroom). Je werkt samen met je collega monteurs, teamleider en technisch productmanagers die veel weten van alle producten die Hittech Multin assembleert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Binnen de gestelde kwaliteitseisen en doorlooptijd assembleer je zelfstandig complexe apparaten, systemen en/of modules.
  • De apparaten bestaan (veelal) uit verschillende mechatronische componenten zoals fijnmechanische onderdelen, aandrijf-technische-, pneumatische- en elektronische componenten.
  • Je voert de assemblage zelfstandig uit en bent verantwoordelijk voor assemblage, documentatie, verpakking en eventuele testen. Je weet storingen te lokaliseren, analyseren en op te lossen.
  • De werkzaamheden worden gekenmerkt door nauwkeurig- en zorgvuldig (hand) werk, met daarbij de behorende netheid en uiteraard beschik jij over technisch inzicht.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de mechanische of mechatronische richting, maar ook horlogemaker, goudsmid of vliegtuigbouw behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als Monteur Fijnmechanische Assemblage.
  • Je bent bekend met het werken met de computer, o.a. met MS-Office.
  • Je bent accuraat en beschikt uiteraard over technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteit gericht volgens werkinstructies, technische tekeningen en schema's.
  • Je werkt graag in een team en wilt bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Afhankelijk van leeftijd en werkervaring zal het salaris tussen de € 3200 - € 3900 bedragen. Daarnaast is er een winstdelingsregeling.
  • In beginsel een arbeidscontract voor 1 jaar, met daaropvolgend een vast dienstverband.

Met ruim 175 medewerkers in Den Haag, maken wij deel uit van de internationaal opererende Hittech Group, met in totaal 750 medewerkers in Nederland, Duitsland en Maleisië.
