Hittech Multin, Den Haag 32 – 40 uur per week

Aanleiding

De sterke groei van Hittech Multin heeft geleid tot een toename van klantaanvragen en een groeiend volume aan werkzaamheden. Om deze groei te ondersteunen en de kwaliteit, levertijden en continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen, is uitbreiding van het assemblage- en productieteam noodzakelijk.

Hittech Multin is daarom op zoek naar een ervaren Project Recruiter die zich richt op het aantrekken van specialisten voor functies binnen de productie- en assemblageomgeving.

Opdracht

De Project Recruiter is verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en uitvoeren van een gerichte wervingsaanpak voor technische professionals die passen binnen de hoogwaardige productieomgeving van Hittech Multin. Het betreft functies binnen de productielijn en assemblageafdelingen waar gewerkt wordt aan hoogwaardige systemen en componenten voor onder andere medische apparatuur, hightech machines en innovatieve technologieën.

Resultaatgebieden

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Actief benaderen van potentiële kandidaten via eigen netwerk en directe search.
  • Opzetten en uitvoeren van gerichte wervingscampagnes via LinkedIn, Indeed en andere relevante kanalen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een talentpool van potentiële kandidaten.
  • Verkennen van mogelijkheden om ervaren technische professionals uit het buitenland aan te trekken.
  • Samenwerken met gespecialiseerde externe bureaus indien dit leidt tot een versnelling van de instroom.

Sollicitatieproces

  • Coördineren en begeleiden van het volledige recruitmentproces.
  • Intakegesprekken voeren met kandidaten.
  • Afstemming met hiring managers en teamleiders.
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het selectieproces.
  • Bewaken van een uitstekende candidate experience.

Employer Branding

  • Versterken van het werkgeversmerk van Hittech Multin.
  • Ontwikkelen van onderscheidende arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
  • Organiseren en publiceren van korte video's en social content.
  • Positioneren van Hittech Multin als aantrekkelijke werkgever binnen de hightech maakindustrie.

Procesverbetering

  • Opzetten en implementeren van een gestandaardiseerde Werving & Selectie-procedure voor Hittech Multin.
  • Vastleggen van rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en taakverdeling binnen het recruitmentproces.
  • Adviseren over structurele verbeteringen op het gebied van recruitment en arbeidsmarktpositionering.

Gewenst Profiel

  • Ervaring als Technical Recruiter en/of Project Recruiter.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met sourcing van technische professionals.
  • Ervaring binnen industriële productie-, hightech- of maakomgevingen.
  • Sterk netwerk binnen de technische arbeidsmarkt.
  • Proactief, resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

Opdrachtduur en inzet

  • Duur: 6 maanden met mogelijkheid tot verlenging
  • Inzet: 32 – 40 uur per week
  • Max € 100 per uur ex btw
  • Werkzaamheden vinden plaats op de locatie in Den Haag

Over Hittech Multin

Hittech Multin is een system supplier die actief is in de ontwikkeling, engineering en assemblage van hightech systemen voor onder andere de semicon‑, medical device‑ en analytische/optische industrie. Dankzij onze sterke technologie‑ en assemblagekennis en een bewezen trackrecord worden wij door klanten zoals ASML en Zeiss ingezet voor de ontwikkeling en productie van zeer geavanceerde modules, waarbij continu de grenzen van de technologie worden opgezocht.

Deze producten worden in lage volumes geassembleerd, zijn zeer complex en worden regelmatig doorontwikkeld. De kwalificatie vindt plaats op onze eigen ontwikkelde Qualifiation Tools. De uitdaging is om binnen deze veranderende en dynamische omgeving toch stabiele en voorspelbare output te realiseren, met een zeer laag afkeurpercentage.

Met ruim 180 medewerkers in Den Haag maken wij deel uit van de internationaal opererende Hittech Group, met in totaal 750 medewerkers in Nederland, Duitsland en Maleisië.
