Opdrachtomschrijving Technisch Product Manager (zzp)

Hittech Multin, Den Haag 32 – 40 uur per week

Aanleiding

Door de groei van Hittech Multin zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige Technisch Product Manager (zzp). In deze rol geef je leiding aan ontwikkel- en/of New Product Introduction (NPI)-projecten voor hoogwaardige medische, analytische of semicon-apparatuur en zorg je voor een succesvolle introductie van nieuwe producten.

Resultaatgebieden

  • Je geeft leiding aan ontwerpers, planners, inkopers, technici en technisch productmanagers. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij tijdig en adequaat worden geïnformeerd en stuurt het team aan. Samen met het team breng je projecten succesvol tot afronding.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de verschillende projecten die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen en zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde acties worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je begrijpt de behoeften van de klant en vertaalt deze naar een effectief plan van aanpak en een realistische planning.
  • Naast het bewaken van tijd, kwaliteit en budget beschik je over voldoende technische kennis om je team uit te dagen en actief bij te dragen aan besluitvorming en probleemoplossing.
  • Je inventariseert projectrisico’s, neemt passende beheersmaatregelen en monitort deze risico’s gedurende het project. Waar nodig stuur je tijdig bij.

Gewenst Profiel

  • Je hebt een passie voor techniek.
  • Je communiceert prettig en professioneel met zowel klanten als collega’s. Je weet hoofdzaken van bijzaken te onderscheiden, maar hebt ook oog voor detail. Je houdt overzicht en weet zaken effectief aan te sturen.
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde academische opleiding in een technische richting, aangevuld met meerdere jaren ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de ontwikkeling van complexe systemen. Ervaring met medische projecten is een pré.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een IPMA C-certificaat (of een vergelijkbare certificering); dit is een pré.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Opdrachtduur en inzet

  • Duur: 6 maanden met mogelijkheid tot verlenging
  • Inzet: 32 – 40 uur per week
  • Werkzaamheden vinden plaats op de locatie in Den Haag

Over Hittech Multin

Hittech Multin is een system supplier die actief is in de ontwikkeling, engineering en assemblage van hightech systemen voor onder andere de semicon‑, medical device‑ en analytische/optische industrie. Dankzij onze sterke technologie‑ en assemblagekennis en een bewezen trackrecord worden wij door klanten zoals ASML en Zeiss ingezet voor de ontwikkeling en productie van zeer geavanceerde modules, waarbij continu de grenzen van de technologie worden opgezocht.

Deze producten worden in lage volumes geassembleerd, zijn zeer complex en worden regelmatig doorontwikkeld. De kwalificatie vindt plaats op onze eigen ontwikkelde Qualifiation Tools. De uitdaging is om binnen deze veranderende en dynamische omgeving toch stabiele en voorspelbare output te realiseren, met een zeer laag afkeurpercentage.

Met ruim 180 medewerkers in Den Haag maken wij deel uit van de internationaal opererende Hittech Group, met in totaal 750 medewerkers in Nederland, Duitsland en Maleisië.
