Senior Mechanical Engineer

32-40 uur standplaats Den Haag

Hittech Multin is een system supplier die actief is in de ontwikkeling, engineering en assemblage van hightechsystemen voor onder andere de semicon-, medical device- en analytische/optische industrie. Dankzij onze sterke technologie- en assemblagekennis en een bewezen trackrecord worden wij door klanten zoals ASML en Zeiss ingezet voor de ontwikkeling en productie van zeer geavanceerde modules, waarbij continu de grenzen van de technologie worden opgezocht.

Deze producten worden in lage volumes geassembleerd, zijn zeer complex en worden regelmatig doorontwikkeld. De kwalificatie vindt plaats met behulp van onze eigen ontwikkelde Qualification Tools. De uitdaging is om binnen deze veranderende en dynamische omgeving toch stabiele en voorspelbare output te realiseren, met een zeer laag afkeurpercentage.

Om Hittech Multin verder te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Mechanical Engineer die enthousiast wordt van het omzetten van eigen creatieve ideeën in echte systemen die in onze fabrieken worden gebouwd én daarnaast het team van getalenteerde engineers helpt ontwikkelen en laat groeien.

Jouw rol

Als Senior Mechanical Engineer speel je een sleutelrol binnen het team dat hightechsystemen voor onze klanten ontwikkelt. Je neemt het voortouw bij het vertalen van eisen naar concepten en selecteert, in overleg met alle stakeholders, het meest geschikte concept. Dit houdt doorgaans ook in dat je betrokken bent bij klanten tijdens het acquisitietraject van projecten.

Samen met een team van andere mechanische en mechatronische engineers werk je vervolgens een gedetailleerd ontwerp uit. Als lead engineer splits je het ontwerp op in submodules, verdeel je het werk onder de teamleden, begeleid je hen en bewaak je de algehele samenhang en kwaliteit van het systeemontwerp. Je bent betrokken bij de productie van prototypes en verbetert het ontwerp op basis van feedback uit de prototypebouw en systeemverificatie. Je houdt toezicht op de afronding van het ontwerp totdat dit gereed is voor een soepele overdracht naar serieproductie.

Wat ga jij doen?

· Het genereren en evalueren van concepten voor modules en systemen;

· Het begeleiden en coachen van junior engineers;

· Modelleren (CAD, FEM) en het opstellen en beoordelen van technische documentatie;

· Afstemming met stakeholders (klanten, leveranciers, supply chain, operations);

· Ondersteunen van sales.

Wat breng jij mee?

· Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting;

· Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in fijnmechanica, of minder ervaring in een vergelijkbaar niveau;

· Vaardigheid in 3D/2D CAD en FEM;

· Een creatieve mindset, gecombineerd met een pragmatische aanpak;

· Sterke soft skills voor het coachen van teamleden en het afstemmen met stakeholders;

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Wat bieden wij jou?

· Een salaris, afhankelijk van ervaring, tussen € 6200 - € 7200 bruto per maand;
