Als Tactisch Inkoper bij Hittech Multin ben je verantwoordelijk voor een technisch leveranciersportfolio en de verdere ontwikkeling daarvan. Je vertaalt forecast, klantvraag, technische eisen en bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar concrete leveranciersafspraken en neemt eigenaarschap voor resultaten op het gebied van kosten, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je brengt structuur aan in complexe vraagstukken, creëert voortgang en zorgt dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd.

Je wordt onderdeel van de afdeling Procurement, bestaande uit collega’s op het gebied van projectinkoop, categorie- en leveranciersmanagement, supplier quality en operationele inkoop. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Director Procurement en werkt nauw samen met Planning, Technisch Product Managers, Quality, Operations en Development. Je bent in staat commerciële belangen, technische vereisten en supply chain-continuïteit met elkaar in balans te brengen en neemt regie wanneer risico's of leverproblemen ontstaan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van categorie- en leveranciersstrategieën.
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, capaciteit, kwaliteit en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Opbouwen en beoordelen van strategische leveranciersrelaties.
  • Analyseren van spend-, forecast- en leveranciersdata.
  • Identificeren en beheersen van supply chain-risico's.
  • Begeleiden van leverancierswijzigingen, transfertrajecten en FAI-trajecten.
  • Verhogen van leverzekerheid door onder andere dual sourcing en capaciteitsafspraken.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van Inkoop en Supply Chain.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een technische, bedrijfskundige of commerciële richting, of een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een tactische of technische inkoopfunctie binnen een productie- of projectomgeving.
  • Ervaring met leveranciersselectie, offertetrajecten, onderhandelingen, contractmanagement en leveranciersmanagement.
  • Affiniteit met maakdelen, mechatronica, technische documentatie, kwaliteitsborging en industriële productie.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met Excel en ERP-systemen. Ervaring met datagedreven inkoop is een pré.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bereidheid om leveranciers te bezoeken, zowel in binnen- als buitenland.

  • Een salaris tussen € 5000 en € 6000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor één jaar, met de intentie deze om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
