Your daily tasks

  • Go-to-Market & Marketing-Impact: Entwickle und setze Marketinginitiativen um, gestalte die Marketingstrategie aktiv mit und koordiniere externe Agenturen.
  • Content & Social Media: Erstelle kurze, dynamische Video-Clips für CEO und Teams, pflege Social-Media-Kanäle, optimiere Posts und steigere unsere Brand Visibility kontinuierlich.
  • Website & Content Management: Aktualisiere Inhalte, arbeite an Design und Content-Strategie, sorge für eine konsistente und moderne Präsentation unserer Brand.
  • Projektverantwortung: Steuere eigenständig Projekte in Sales, Recruiting, Marketing oder HR.
  • Analysen & Insights: Übernimm Verantwortung für strategische Analysen und liefere Insights für die wichtigsten Entscheidungen des Gründerteams.

Our requirements

  • Du bringst Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit (z. B. Entrepreneur in Residence, Founders Associate, Business Analyst, Strategy Consulting oder Growth), idealerweise in einem Early-Stage-Startup mit anspruchsvollem Umfeld.
  • Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Fach eingeschrieben.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, kommunikationsstark und offen, zugleich pragmatisch und ergebnisorientiert im Alltag.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte quantitative Fähigkeiten, denkst strukturiert und erkennst Zusammenhänge schnell.
  • Darüber hinaus begeisterst du dich für ein unternehmerisches Umfeld.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du lebst in Berlin.
