Your daily tasks

  • Pipeline bauen. Jeden Tag. Per Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn – mit den besten AI-Tools am Markt: honeysales für smartes Prospecting, Nooks als AI-Dialer und HubSpot als CRM-Backbone.
  • Potenzielle B2B-Kund:innen identifizieren und qualifizieren, deren Herausforderungen verstehen und echtes Interesse wecken.
  • Hochwertige Discovery Calls und Demos für unsere AEs buchen – und damit den Grundstein für Revenue legen.
  • Zielmärkte und Accounts eigenständig recherchieren, die richtigen Ansprechpartner:innen finden und proaktiv reingehen.
  • Alle Aktivitäten sauber in HubSpot dokumentieren – weil gute Pipeline-Arbeit auch gute Daten braucht.
  • Eng mit AEs und Marketing zusammenarbeiten und unsere Outreach-Strategien kontinuierlich verbessern.

Our requirements

  • 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Sales mit Fokus auf Outbound und Pipeline Generation.
  • Cold Calling ist dein Ding – du greifst zum Hörer, bevor andere noch überlegen.
  • Erfahrung mit SaaS oder Tech ist ein Plus, kein Muss.
  • Strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und mit klarem Fokus auf messbare Ergebnisse.
  • Kommunikativ, professionell und sympathisch – auch beim 50. Call am Tag.
  • Fließendes Deutsch (muttersprachlich) und sehr gutes Englisch.
  • Du lebst in Berlin oder bist bereit herzuziehen.
