Your daily tasks

  • Aktive Kaltakquise potenzieller B2B-Kunden per Telefon (Kontaktdaten werden bereitgestellt)
  • Vereinbarung qualifizierter Verkaufsgespräche für unser Vertriebsteam
  • Dokumentation deiner Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse in unseren Systemen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team über Slack & regelmäßige Check-ins
  • Feedback geben & aufnehmen, damit wir gemeinsam besser werden

Our requirements

  • Erste Erfahrung im B2B-Telefonvertrieb, idealerweise in der Kaltakquise
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend in Englisch
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten & ein professionelles, freundliches Auftreten am Telefon
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, sich stetig zu verbessern und Erfolge messbar zu machen
  • Wohnort in Berlin oder Brandenburg (Office in PBerg, 2x/Woche hybrid vor Ort)
