1、行业研究：专注人工智能垂直领域（大模型、AI 基础设施、AI 应用、AI Agent、具身智能等）的市场及行业研究，独立完成深度研究报告，独立挖掘并筛选产业链投资机会，对拟投资项目进行技术路线研判、行业分析与可行性评估等； 2、投资执行：独立负责项目从项目源搜寻到交割的全过程，包括技术判断、商务谈判、风险管理、交易结构、法律条款、财务分析等； 3、投后管理：负责项目的投后管理，持续跟踪项目进展并赋能被投企业； 4.、基金募资与生态协同：参与基金募资和政府关系维护，配合产业落地与返投工作。

1、知名大学理工科背景（计算机、人工智能、电子工程、数学等相关专业优先），本科或以上学历； 2、5 年以上 PE/VC 领域 AI 方向投资经验，具备完整的项目投资及退出经验；同时拥有人工智能相关领域的产业经验者优先考虑（如 AI 公司、大模型企业技术 / 产品 / 战略岗）； 3、在人工智能产业具有深厚行业认知和人脉资源积累，与技术社区、顶尖高校 AI 实验室、创业圈层保持紧密连接，具有很强的项目源开拓能力； 4、熟悉招商引资、返投落地流程，能够推动被投企业与地方产业资源对接； 5、全面的项目管理能力、沟通能力、执行能力、判断决策能力。
