1. 行业研究与项目搜寻：持续跟踪医药行业动态、政策法规变化及前沿技术发展趋势，通过多种来源主动筛选和挖掘具有成长潜力的医药投资项目，建立项目储备库。 2. 项目分析与尽职调查：组织或主导对潜在投资项目的全面评估；对目标企业开展全方位尽职调查，提出风险控制方案与投资建议。 3. 交易执行与落地：负责投资项目的商务谈判、交易结构设计、估值定价、投资协议拟定及交割推进，确保投资条款符合公司利益。 4. 投后管理与价值提升：密切跟踪被投企业的研发进展、经营状况与财务指标；协助被投企业完善发展战略、优化运营管理、对接产业资源与后续融资，推动被投企业成长与价值增值，及时发现并处置投后风险，保障投资收益实现。 5. 招商与返投落地：结合基金区域布局要求，围绕被投企业的产业化落地、产能扩张、区域总部设立等需求，配合开展招商对接与返投落地工作，协调地方政府、园区及产业资源，推动投资项目与地方产业发展的协同。 6. 参与基金募集：配合基金募集团队完成路演材料、投资人沟通、行业问答等支持工作。

1. 医药、生物、化学、药学等相关专业硕士或博士学历。 2. 6年以上PE/VC机构医药投资经验，或大型药企战略投资部、 业务发展部经验；具备项目投资全流程实操经验，成功主导过多个医药领域股权投资项目。有完整退出案例者优先。 3. 具备丰富的医药产业资源，有政府招商、园区对接或产业落地经验者优先。 4. 具备出色的行业判断与项目甄别能力，逻辑严谨，对数据敏感；具备较强的商务谈判能力与跨部门协调能力，能够独立推动项目从接触到交割的全流程。 5. 具备良好的学习能力、承压能力，善于沟通。 6. 英文可作为工作语言，能够阅读英文文献、开展英文商务沟通。
