RETO

Cuando un viaje no se puede verificar porque falla la geolocalización, o una incidencia tarda demasiado en resolverse, perdemos algo más que un trayecto: perdemos confianza. Con el crecimiento de los últimos meses, la estabilidad de la app y la forma en que resolvemos los problemas de nuestros usuarios se han convertido en una prioridad para proteger la reputación de TRIBBU.

ROL

  • Liderar la misión de Satisfacción y Resolución.
  • Corregir los errores de geolocalización y mapas que hoy impiden verificar viajes.
  • Escuchar al usuario: convertir quejas y tickets de soporte en problemas priorizados y accionables.
  • Construir un sistema de resolución de bugs y tickets, desde la detección hasta el cierre.
  • Cruzar datos de soporte con analítica de producto para atacar la causa raíz, no el síntoma.
  • Gestionar el uso y los costes de las APIs de mapas.

Cada bug que cierras es un viaje que sí se verifica y una persona que vuelve a confiar en TRIBBU. A nuestra escala, eso se nota en cada trayecto.

PERFIL

  • Experiencia sólida como Product Manager en apps móviles nativas, con rol senior.
  • Perfil analítico y meticuloso: sabes cruzar datos de soporte (Zendesk, Intercom) con analítica de producto.
  • Conocimiento de APIs de mapas (Google Maps, Mapbox), sus costes y la gestión de estados en app.
  • Alta empatía por el usuario y obsesión por la calidad.

Suma puntos si además tienes experiencia en apps de movilidad, logística o delivery, o en productos B2C con bases de usuarios masivas donde soporte y estabilidad son críticos.

Reportarás a Juanma Varo y trabajarás codo con codo con ingeniería mobile y backend, diseño y el equipo de User Success.
