RETO

TRIBBU se prepara para convertirse en un marketplace, y eso exige flujos nuevos, más complejos y una experiencia coherente de principio a fin. Al mismo tiempo, el crecimiento rápido nos ha dejado deuda visual que queremos eliminar. Necesitamos diseño con criterio, rigor y velocidad para que el salto se sienta natural para cada persona que usa TRIBBU.

ROL

- Detectar problemas de UX en nuestras apuestas de producto, diseñar y prototipar soluciones y validarlas con tests con usuarios. - Diseñar end-to-end los flujos del marketplace para conductores y pasajeros. - Mantener y escalar un Design System unificado que elimine la deuda visual y dé consistencia a todo el producto. - Trabajar mano a mano con ingeniería, usando IA y prototipado interactivo para validar hipótesis en días, no en semanas.

Tu trabajo marcará cómo se siente TRIBBU en su nueva etapa: una experiencia impecable para miles de personas que comparten coche cada día.

PERFIL

- Experiencia sólida como Product Designer, con rol senior e idealmente en producto mobile. - Experiencia construyendo y escalando Design Systems y diseñando flujos complejos de marketplace. - Excelente gusto visual (UI impecable) con una base fuerte de UX Research y diseño de interacción. - Mentalidad de prototipado rápido: te sientes cómodo/a con Figma avanzado y herramientas de IA para validar ideas.

Suma puntos si además tienes experiencia en vibe coding o has llevado un marketplace de dos lados de la idea a producción.

CULTURA

Reportarás al Head of Product Design y trabajarás codo con codo con Product Managers, ingeniería y research.
