Assistant/e en soins et santé communautaire remplaçant-e (ASSC) 40-100 % en CDD jusqu’au 31.12.2026

Votre mission :

  • Accueillir et soutenir les patient-e-s selon les normes professionnelles en vigueur et selon l’organisation du service
  • Prodiguer des soins techniques de qualité
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du projet thérapeutique avec le patient ou la patiente, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Participer activement au bon fonctionnement du service en proposant des mesures d’amélioration
  • Travailler en binôme avec l’infirmier-ère

Votre profil :

  • Certificat d'assistant-e en soins et santé communautaire
  • Travail de jour et de nuit
  • Maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue
  • Très bonnes flexibilité et disponibilité
  • Très bonnes connaissances du réseau et des sites HFR
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Etre véhiculé pour travailler sur les 4 sites

Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe) im Ersatz für Absenzen 40–100 % in befristet bis am 31.12.2026

Aufgaben

  • Sie empfangen und unterstützen die Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss der Organisation der Abteilung und unter Einhaltung der geltenden Berufsstandards.
  • Sie führen hochwertige Pflegeverrichtungen aus.
  • Sie helfen mit, gemeinsam mit der betreuten Person die individuelle Pflegeplanung umzusetzen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team.
  • Sie wirken aktiv am reibungslosen Ablauf der Abteilung mit und bringen Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.
  • Sie arbeiten im Zweierteam mit einer Pflegefachperson.

Profil

  • Abschluss als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe)
  • Bereitschaft zu Tag- und Nachtarbeit
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
  • Sehr hohe Flexibilität und Verfügbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des HFR-Netzwerks und der verschiedenen Standorte
  • Beherrschen der gängigen Informatikprogramme
  • Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Fahrzeug erforderlich für Einsätze an allen vier Standorten
