Das Departement für Allgemeine Innere Medizin und Fachbereiche umfasst ein Referenzzentrum für Allgemeine Innere Medizin am HFR Freiburg – Kantonsspital mit fast 130 Betten. Es ist zudem an 3 weiteren Standorten präsent: am HFR Meyriez-Murten, am HFR Riaz und am HFR Tafers. Die Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten erfolgt ambulant und stationär. Die Allgemeine Innere Medizin bietet eine umfassende Patientenbetreuung, auch für komplexe Diagnosen, unter anderem in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen des Departements.

Um ihr Team zu ergänzen, sucht die Medizinische Direktion für die Allgemeine Innere Medizin am HFR Freiburg – Kantonsspital eine/n

Oberärztin/Oberarzt oder stellvertretende/n Oberärztin/Oberarzt (60–100%)

Aufgaben

  • Sie gewährleisten eine qualitativ hochstehende Patientenbetreuung gemäss den geltenden Berufsnormen.
  • Sie überwachen die Tätigkeit und Ausbildung der Assistenzärztinnen und -ärzte und der Arztanwärterinnen und -anwärter.
  • Sie unterrichten im Rahmen der Diplom- und Nachdiplomlehrgänge sowie in der ärztlichen Weiterbildung.
  • Sie wirken an der Ausarbeitung von Abteilungs- und Forschungsprojekten mit.
  • Sie beteiligen sich am Bereitschaftsdienst.

Profil

  • Eidg. Arztdiplom oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Facharzttitel FMH in Allgemeiner Innerer Medizin oder dabei, diesen zu erwerben, bzw. gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Assistenzärztin/-arzt in der Inneren Medizin in einem Spital
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
  • Sie sind motiviert, zu einem guten Arbeitsklima beizutragen, und schätzen den Austausch mit Ihren Arbeitskolleginnen und -kollegen

Le Département de médecine interne et spécialités dispose d’un Service de médecine interne de référence sur le site de l’HFR Fribourg – Hôpital cantonal de près de 130 lits et est aussi actif sur 3 sites, à savoir l’HFR Meyriez-Murten, l’HFR Riaz et l’HFR Tafers. Il accueille des patients en ambulatoire, et pour des séjours stationnaires. Le Service de médecine interne offre des prises en charge globales, y compris lors de diagnostics complexes, notamment en collaboration étroite avec les spécialités du Département.

Afin de compléter son équipe, la Direction médicale recherche pour le service de médecine interne de l'HFR Fribourg – Hôpital cantonal un-e

Chef-fe de clinique ou Chef-fe de clinique adjoint-e (60-100%)

Votre mission :

  • assurer une prise en charge de qualité des patient-e-s selon les normes professionnelles en vigueur
  • assurer la supervision de l'activité et de la formation des médecins assistants et des candidats médecins
  • dispenser de l'enseignement pour pré- et post-gradué ainsi que pour la formation continue médicale
  • participer à l'élaboration de projets de service et de projets scientifiques
  • participer au service de garde

Votre profil :

  • diplôme fédéral de médecin ou équivalent
  • vous êtes porteur-se d'un titre de FMH en médecine interne générale, ou en voie de l'obtenir, ou formation jugée équivalente
  • plusieurs années d’expérience en tant que médecin-assistant-e en médecine interne hospitalière
  • maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue
  • vous êtes motivé-e à contribuer à une bonne atmosphère de travail et appréciez l'échange collégial
