Oberärzt:in oder Stv. Oberärzt:in für die Permanence – HFR Tafers 50 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Medizinische Betreuung von ambulanten Patienten mit vielfältigen medizinischen, chirurgischen und traumatologischen Krankheitsbildern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hausärzt:innen aus der Region sowie mit HFR-internen und -externen Fachspezialist:innen zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Patientenversorgung
  • Betreuung und Supervision von Assistenzärzt:innen in Weiterbildung
  • Beitrag zur Weiter- und Fortbildung von Assistenzärzt:innen in Weiterbildung
  • Mitwirkung an der klinischen Lehre für Student:innen der Humanmedizin der Universität Freiburg (Blockunterricht und Wahlstudienjahr)

Ihr Profil

  • Motivierte, leistungsbereite und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit Besitz des FMH-Titels Allgemeine Innere Medizin (oder baldiger Erwerb vorgesehen) oder äquivalente, in der Schweiz anerkannte Weiterbildung
  • Didaktisches Geschick und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und Ausbildung von Ärzt:innen in Weiterbildung
  • Deutsch- und/oder französischsprachig (mündlich und schriftlich). Gute Kenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache (mind. Niveau B2) sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Notfallmedizin sowie in der Versorgung einfacher traumatologischer und chirurgischer Patienten ist wünschenswert
  • Interesse an der Ultraschalldiagnostik, vorzugsweise mit absolviertem Grundkurs Sonographie Abdomen sowie Basis-Notfallsonographie

  • Ausbau Ihrer klinischen Autonomie, perfekt geeignet für Ärzt:innen welche gerade ihren Facharzttitel erworben haben oder kurz davor stehen
  • Etabliertes Netzwerk mit hervorragender fachlicher Unterstützung durch den HFR-Verbund sowie externe Zentren wie das Inselspital Bern
  • Unterstützung bei der Erweiterung Ihrer Sprachkenntnisse durch kostenlose, interne Sprachkurse
  • Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben mit flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen (Teilzeit bzw. Jobsharing sind möglich)
  • Hohen Freizeitwert in einer naturnahen und attraktiven Gegend in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Städten wie Freiburg und Bern
