Collaborateur-trice administratif-ve supérieur-e 90-100 %

Intégré-e au service de la facturation, vous rejoignez une équipe spécialisée au cœur des enjeux tarifaires de l’hôpital. Dans cette fonction à forte composante d’expertise, vous contribuez à garantir une exécution correcte et efficiente de TARDOC et des forfaits ambulatoires, tout en accompagnant les services dans l’évolution de leurs pratiques.

Votre mission

Dans le cadre secteur « expertise tarifaire ambulatoire », vous :

  • développez et maintenez une expertise approfondie de TARDOC, des forfaits ambulatoires et des règles de facturation associées ;
  • assurez l’application correcte des structures tarifaires et des conventions en vigueur et analysez les situations complexes de facturation ;
  • accompagnez et conseillez les services médicaux, soignants et administratifs dans les questions liées à la tarification ambulatoire ;
  • participez activement à l’optimisation des processus de facturation et à l’amélioration de la qualité des données nécessaires à une facturation complète et conforme ;
  • analysez les évolutions tarifaires, réglementaires et conventionnelles et contribuez à leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle au sein de l’HFR ;
  • identifiez les impacts des nouvelles règles tarifaires sur les processus et proposez les adaptations nécessaires ;
  • contrôlez la qualité et la cohérence de la saisie des prestations et contribuez à identifier les potentiels d’amélioration ;
  • concevez et animez des formations et actions d’information à destination des différents services concernés ;
  • collaborez étroitement avec les experts tarifaires, les équipes de facturation ainsi qu’avec les différents métiers impliqués dans le processus de prise en charge et de facturation ;
  • participez à l’élaboration et à l’analyse de reportings et d’indicateurs permettant de suivre la qualité et la performance de la facturation ambulatoire ;
  • contribuez par votre expertise et votre connaissance du terrain au développement continu du secteur.

Votre profil

  • formation dans le domaine de la santé, HEG ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • plusieurs années d’expérience dans le domaine de la santé, de la facturation, de la tarification médicale ou dans une fonction comparable ;
  • bonnes connaissances du système de santé suisse et des principales bases assécurologiques (LAMal, LAA, etc.) ;
  • maîtrise de la tarification médicale ambulatoire ; une expérience de TARDOC constitue un atout important ;
  • capacité à analyser et à traiter des problématiques complexes avec rigueur et pragmatisme ;
  • aisance dans la transmission de connaissances et capacité à conseiller et convaincre des interlocuteurs aux profils variés ;
  • sens des responsabilités, autonomie et esprit d’initiative ;
  • goût pour le travail transversal et excellente capacité à collaborer au sein d'une équipe ;
  • très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques ;
  • maîtrise de la langue française avec de bonnes connaissances de la langue allemande.

Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter Administration auf höherer Stufe 90–100 %

Sie arbeiten in der Abteilung Fakturierung in einem spezialisierten Team, das sich mit einigen der wichtigsten Tariffragen des Spitals befasst. In einer Funktion mit ausgeprägter Expertise helfen Sie mit, eine korrekte und effiziente Umsetzung von TARDOC und der ambulanten Pauschalen zu gewährleisten; und Sie begleiten die Abteilungen bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Praxis.

Aufgaben

Innerhalb des Fachbereichs «ambulante Tarife» übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln vertieftes Fachwissen über TARDOC, die ambulanten Pauschalen und die damit verbundenen Fakturierungsvorgaben und halten dieses auf dem neuesten Stand.
  • Sie gewährleisten die korrekte Anwendung der geltenden Tarifstrukturen und Vereinbarungen und analysieren komplexe Fakturierungssituationen.
  • Sie begleiten und beraten die medizinischen und pflegerischen Abteilungen sowie die Administration bei Fragen rund um die ambulanten Tarife.
  • Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an der Optimierung der Fakturierungsprozesse und an der Qualitätsverbesserung der für eine vollständige und vorschriftskonforme Fakturierung benötigten Daten.
  • Sie analysieren die Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Tarife, Gesetzgebung und Vereinbarungen und tragen zur operativen Einführung entsprechender Neuerungen am HFR bei.
  • Sie ermitteln die Auswirkungen der neuen Tarifvorgaben auf die Prozesse und schlagen notwendige Anpassungen vor.
  • Sie kontrollieren die Qualität und die Kohärenz der erfassten Leistungen und beteiligen sich an der Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzial.
  • Sie gestalten Schulungen und Informationsinitiativen für die verschiedenen betroffenen Abteilungen und führen diese durch.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den Tarifexpertinnen und -experten, den Teams der Fakturierung und den verschiedenen am Pflege- und Fakturierungsprozess beteiligten Berufen zusammen.
  • Sie wirken an der Erarbeitung und Analyse von Reportings und Indikatoren mit, mit deren Hilfe die Qualität und die Leistung der ambulanten Fakturierung überwacht werden kann.
  • Sie tragen durch Ihre Expertise und Ihr Praxiswissen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung Ihres Bereichs bei.

Profil

  • Ausbildung in den Bereichen Gesundheit oder HSW bzw. gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, in den Bereichen Fakturierung, medizinische Tarifsysteme oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnis des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens und der wichtigsten Versicherungsgrundlagen (KVG, UVG etc.)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnis des Tarifsystems für ambulante Leistungen, Erfahrung mit TARDOC von grossem Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme sorgfältig und pragmatisch zu analysieren und zu lösen
  • Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und Fähigkeit, unterschiedlichste Gegenüber zu beraten und zu überzeugen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Freude an der fachübergreifenden Arbeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Informatik- und Büroinformatikprogramme
  • Französisch mit guten Deutschkenntnissen
