Afin de compléter son équipe, la Direction Logistique recherche pour le service technique de l'HFR Fribourg – Hôpital cantonal un-e

Collaborateur-trice Service technique et maintenance 80-100 %

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations sanitaires
  • Réaliser les travaux d’installation, de réparation et de modification des réseaux sanitaires
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir rapidement afin de garantir la continuité des services
  • Contrôler le fonctionnement des installations et des équipements
  • Participer aux travaux de rénovation et aux projets techniques de l’hôpital
  • Collaborer avec les différents corps de métier de l’équipe technique et avec les services de soins
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité, d’hygiène et des exigences spécifiques au milieu hospitalier
  • Assurer le suivi des interventions et renseigner les rapports de maintenance
  • Documenter les installations techniques et mettre en place des procédures de dépannage
  • Participer aux services de garde et de piquet et intégrer le corps de sapeurs-pompiers

Votre profil :

  • CFC d’installateur-trice sanitaire ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Brevet fédéral de fontainier, un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances des installations sanitaires et des techniques de maintenance
  • Esprit pratique et bonnes capacités de diagnostic
  • Connaissances en gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO)
  • Aptitude à se former sur les installations techniques d’exploitation des bâtiments
  • Maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand ; de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue constituent un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants (MS Office)

Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter Technischer Dienst und Instandhaltung 80–100 %

Aufgaben

  • Sie kümmern sich um die Instandhaltung der Sanitäranlagen (Prävention und Störungsbehebung).
  • Sie führen Installations-, Reparatur- und Änderungsarbeiten an den sanitären Leitungsnetzen durch.
  • Sie diagnostizieren Pannen und beheben Sie rasch, um die Kontinuität der Dienste zu gewährleisten.
  • Sie kontrollieren die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Anlagen und Ausrüstungsbestandteile.
  • Sie beteiligen sich an den Renovierungsarbeiten und den technischen Projekten des Spitals.
  • Sie arbeiten mit den verschiedenen Berufsgruppen des technischen Teams sowie mit den Pflegeabteilungen zusammen.
  • Sie achten auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften sowie der spitalspezifischen Anforderungen.
  • Sie übernehmen die Nachverfolgung der Interventionen und füllen die Instandhaltungsberichte aus.
  • Sie dokumentieren die technischen Anlagen und führen Verfahren für die Störungsbehebung ein.
  • Sie beteiligen sich am Bereitschafts- und Pikettdienst und sind Mitglied in der Betriebsfeuerwehr.

Profil

  • EFZ als Sanitärinstallateurin/-installateur oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Eidg. Fachausweis als Brunnenmeisterin/-meister von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Sanitäranlagen und der Instandhaltungstechniken
  • Pragmatismus und gute diagnostische Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungssoftware (CMMS)
  • Fähigkeit, sich das nötige Wissen über die technischen Anlagen für die Gebäudenutzung anzueignen
  • Deutsch oder Französisch, gute Kenntnisse der anderen Sprache von Vorteil
  • Beherrschen der gängigen Büroprogramme (MS Office)
