Die Pflegedirektion sucht für die Stationen der Inneren Medizin (30 und 24 Betten) des HFR Tafers,

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann 40-100 % unbefristeter Vertrag

Aufgaben

  • Sie erbringen eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit den Patientinnen und Patienten und ihrem Umfeld, wobei Sie das geltende Pflegeleitbild berücksichtigen.
  • Sie fördern die fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und beteiligen sich aktiv daran, sowohl auf Team- wie auf Spitalebene.
  • Sie beurteilen Ihre Leistung und passen sie im Sinne einer kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung an.
  • Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit.
  • Sie betreuen, unterstützen und beraten neue Mitarbeiter/Innen sowie Lernende und Studierende.

Profil

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/ FH /DNII / AKP
  • Von Vorteil haben Sie Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege.
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch fliessend (min. B2), von Vorteil Kenntnisse der französichen Sprache.
  • Sie beherrschen die gängigen Informatikprogramme.
  • Sie bringen eine dynamische und konstruktive Einstellung mit.
  • Sie bringen Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick mit.
  • Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit als Praxisausbildner/in und Berufsbildner/in zu arbeiten oder die Ausbildung zu absolvieren.

Vos missions

  • prodiguer des soins de qualité en partenariat avec le ou la patient-e et son entourage, dans le respect de la philosophie de soins en vigueur et dans un souci d’amélioration continue
  • favoriser la collaboration interdisciplinaire et y participer activement, tant au niveau de l’équipe que de l’hôpital
  • évaluez vos prestations et les adapter dans une optique d’amélioration continue de la qualité
  • contribuer au développement du service
  • encadrer, soutenir et conseiller les nouveaux collaborateurs-trices ainsi que les apprenants et étudiants

Votre profil

  • diplôme d’infirmier-ère en soins généraux, niveau ES ou HES, ou formation jugée équivalente
  • expérience professionnelle en soins aigus constitue un atout
  • Maîtrise de l’allemand (courant, min. B2) ou volonté de l’apprendre, des connaissances en français sont un avantage
  • maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • attitude dynamique et constructive
  • compétences sociales, esprit d’équipe et d’aisance en communication
  • en cas d’intérêt, possibilité d’exercer comme formateur/trice pratique et maître d’apprentissage ou de suivre la formation correspondante
