Die Pflegedirektion sucht für die Stationen der Inneren Medizin (30 und 24 Betten) des HFR Tafers,

Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe) 40-100 % unbefristeter Vertrag

Aufgaben

  • Sie erbringen eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Patienten und seinem Umfeld, wobei Sie das geltende Pflegeleitbild berücksichtigen.
  • Sie empfangen die Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss den geltenden Berufsstandards und der abteilungsspezifischen Organisation.
  • Sie führen medizinaltechnische und pflegerische Verrichtungen anhand des festgelegten Kompetenzbereiches aus.
  • Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im logistischen, administrativen und hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich.
  • Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit.
  • Sie gewährleisten die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und beteiligen sich aktiv daran.
  • Sie arbeiten im Tandemmodell eng mit unseren Pflegefachpersonen zusammen und betreuen so als Team gemeinsam unsere Patienten.
  • Sie begleiten Lernende und Praktikanten.

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über das EFZ als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe).
  • Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch fliessend (min. B2), von Vorteil Kenntnisse der französichen Sprache.
  • Sie beherrschen die gängigen Informatikprogramme.
  • Ihren Beruf üben Sie mit Freude aus, sind motiviert, teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar.
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung.
  • Sie bringen Kommunikationsgeschick und Sozialkompetenz mit.
  • Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit die Aufgabe als Berufsbildner/in zu übernehmen.

La direction des soins recherche pour le service de médecine interne (2 unités de 24 lits et 30 lits) avec une patientèle germanophone et francophone, de l’HFR Tafers, des

Assistant-e-s en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC)

40-100 % / CDI

Vos missions

  • prodiguer des soins de qualité en partenariat avec le ou la patient-e et son entourage, dans le respect de la philosophie de soins en vigueur et dans un souci d’amélioration continue
  • accueillir et soutenir les patient-e-s selon les normes professionnelles en vigueur et selon l’organisation du service
  • prodiguer des soins techniques de qualité
  • assumer également des tâches dans les domaines logistique, administratif et hôtelier
  • contribuer au développement du service
  • garantir la collaboration interdisciplinaire et y participer activement
  • travailler en binôme avec l’infirmier-ère assurer ainsi ensemble la prise en charge des patients
  • encadrer, soutenir et conseiller les apprenants et les stagiaires

Votre profil

  • CFC d’assistant(e) en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC)
  • maîtrise de l’allemand (courant, min. B2) ou volonté de le développer, des connaissances en français sont un atout
  • maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • attitude dynamique et constructive
  • compétences sociales, esprit d’équipe et d’aisance en communication
  • en cas d’intérêt, possibilité d’exercer comme formateur-trice en entreprise (FEE) ou de suivre la formation correspondante
