Afin de compléter son équipe, la direction des soins recherche pour le service de Gériatrie Aigue et de réadaptation Gériatrique de l’HFR Riaz un/e

Infirmier-ère 60%

Votre mission :

  • Accueillir et soutenir les patient-e-s selon les normes professionnelles en vigueur et selon l’organisation du service
  • Prodiguer des soins techniques et de réadaptation de qualité
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du projet thérapeutique avec le patient ou la patiente, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Participer activement au bon fonctionnement du service en proposant des mesures d’amélioration
  • Encadrer, soutenir et conseiller les nouveaux membres de l’équipe ainsi que les personnes en formation et les étudiant-e-s

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme d’infirmier-ère en soins généraux, niveau HES, ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience en gériatrie et hospitalière, un atout
  • Maîtrise de la langue française
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire

Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann 60 %

Aufgaben

  • Sie empfangen und unterstützen die Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss der Organisation der Abteilung und unter Einhaltung der geltenden Berufsstandards.
  • Sie führen hochwertige Pflege- und Rehabilitationsverrichtungen aus.
  • Sie helfen mit, gemeinsam mit der betreuten Person die individuelle Pflegeplanung umzusetzen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team.
  • Sie wirken aktiv am reibungslosen Ablauf der Abteilung mit und bringen Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.
  • Sie betreuen, unterstützen und beraten neue Teammitglieder, Auszubildende und Studierende.

Profil

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Geriatrie und im Spitalwesen von Vorteil
  • Französisch
  • Beherrschen der gängigen Informatikprogramme
  • Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
