Infirmier-ères de remplacement 40-100 % en CDD

Votre mission :

  • assurer tous les types de remplacements en fonction des besoins et des missions confiées
  • prodiguer des soins de qualité en partenariat avec le ou la patient-e et son entourage, dans le respect de la philosophie de soins en vigueur et dans un souci d’amélioration continue
  • collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • s’adapter rapidement aux différents services de soins

Votre profil :

  • diplôme d’infirmier-ère en soins généraux, niveau ES ou HES, ou formation jugée équivalente
  • maîtrise des gestes techniques avec des compétences professionnelles multiples
  • maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue
  • très bonnes capacités d'adaptation
  • très bonnes flexibilité et disponibilité
  • capacités relationnelles et sens de la communication
  • très bonnes connaissances du réseau et des sites HFR
  • bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels
  • volonté à suivre les formations nécessaires à l’adaptation au poste
  • être véhiculé pour travailler sur les 4 sites

Pflegefachpersonen für Absenzenvertretungen 40–100 %

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen diverse Vertretungen je nach Bedarf und übertragenen Aufgaben.
  • Sie erbringen eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit den Patientinnen und Patienten und ihrem Umfeld, wobei Sie das geltende Pflegeleitbild berücksichtigen und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung anstreben
  • Sie arbeiten mit den Mitgliedern des interdisziplinären Teams zusammen
  • Sie sind in der Lage, sich rasch an die verschiedenen Pflegeabteilungen anzupassen

Profil

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Beherrschen der technischen Handgriffe mit vielseitigen beruflichen Kompetenzen
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
  • Sehr hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Verfügbarkeit
  • Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnis des Spitalnetzwerks und der Standorte des HFR
  • Gute Kenntnis der gängigen Informatikprogramme
  • Bereitschaft, die für die Stelle erforderlichen Schulungen zu absolvieren
  • Eigenes Auto für den Einsatz an allen vier HFR-Standorten
