The posting

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in commercial printing, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or custom apparel. The ideal candidate understands printing and apparel products, customer order management, and production workflows, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

This role requires hands-on industry experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries, process orders, support sales activities, and ensure smooth coordination from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication

  • Handle incoming customer calls and email inquiries professionally.
  • Answer questions about printing, apparel, orders, and job status.
  • Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide timely updates on order progress, deadlines, and delivery schedules.

Sales Support & Order Management

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately.
  • Follow up with existing customers, leads, and pending quotes.
  • Assist with preparing quotations and converting inquiries into orders.
  • Verify quantities, sizes, artwork files, specifications, and order details.
  • Ensure all required information is available before production begins.

Printing & Apparel Coordination

  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and production teams.
  • Recommend suitable printing methods, apparel products, and decoration options.
  • Communicate customer requirements and order changes to relevant teams.
  • Track pending jobs and resolve issues that may delay production.
  • Ensure accurate order handling and smooth workflow throughout production.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial printing, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or custom apparel.
  • Strong understanding of printing products, apparel, decoration methods, and production workflows.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage customer orders, quotations, artwork specifications, and deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM tools, order management systems, or print shop software.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
