The posting

Horizon Tech is looking for a Sales Development Representative with experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably with exposure to US staffing, staff augmentation, IT services, or B2B services. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, engaging senior decision-makers, and booking discovery meetings in the US market through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients in the US market
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Engage CEOs, CTOs, VPs, HR Heads, and other key decision-makers
  • Understand client hiring needs and position relevant staff augmentation solutions
  • Book discovery meetings and support the sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records
  • Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to understand and fulfill client requirements
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting-booking targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
  • 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience
  • Experience with US clients or international markets
  • Experience in US staffing, staff augmentation, IT services, or B2B services sales is preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
  • Confident communication with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and active listening skills
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working US-aligned night shifts
  • Experience dealing with US-based decision-makers or an existing professional network is a plus

Must Have

  • Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, Clay, or similar for prospecting, account research, personalized outreach, lead generation, and productivity

  • Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT)
  • Location: Preferred Onsite / Remote option available
  • Office Location: Shaheed-e-Millat Road, off Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
