We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Wrap Designer with hands-on experience creating vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and large-format branding designs. The ideal candidate understands vehicle templates, panel dimensions, print production requirements, and brand consistency. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients while managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pro Fleet specializes in premium fleet branding solutions, helping businesses establish a consistent and professional visual identity across their vehicles. Our services include vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and large-format branding for both local businesses and national brands. We focus on delivering high-quality designs that maintain brand accuracy across individual vehicles and large-scale fleet deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and commercial vehicle branding.
  • Work with vehicle templates to accurately map designs to doors, windows, bumpers, panels, and other vehicle surfaces.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with client branding, marketing objectives, and project specifications.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for large-format production, ensuring correct dimensions, scale, resolution, and color settings.
  • Create and modify logos, typography, graphics, and visual assets for vehicle branding projects.
  • Review designs for panel alignment, door seams, handles, curves, and other physical vehicle features.
  • Incorporate client feedback and complete design revisions while maintaining design quality.
  • Ensure consistency across multiple vehicles and large-scale fleet branding projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and production teams to ensure designs meet installation and printing requirements.
  • Organize design files, vehicle templates, and project assets for efficient production.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on vehicle wrap design experience; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • 3–4 years of overall graphic design experience, preferably in vehicle graphics, signage, or large-format printing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle templates, wrap layouts, panel alignment, and large-format artwork preparation.
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and decals.
  • Knowledge of CMYK color settings, image resolution, bleed, scaling, and print specifications.
  • Ability to interpret client requirements and maintain brand consistency across multiple designs.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with U.S.-based clients.
  • A portfolio showcasing vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, or related large-format branding work is required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated remote workspace, and availability during the required work hours.
