Hospitality Talents, Agence de Recrutement spécialisée dans les profils Hôtellerie-Restauration, recherche un(e) Assistant F&B Manager pour rejoindre l’équipe de notre client en Province de Luxembourg. Notre client est un acteur reconnu du secteur des loisirs et de l’hospitalité, implanté en pleine nature en Province de Liège. L’établissement combine hébergement, restauration et activités familiales dans un cadre chaleureux et dynamique. Dans le cadre du développement de son département Restauration, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant F&B Manager pour renforcer l’équipe opérationnelle. Votre rôle Rattaché(e) au F&B Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la supervision quotidienne des points de restauration et de bar du site. Véritable relais sur le terrain, vous veillez à garantir la qualité du service, la satisfaction client et la performance commerciale. Vos principales responsabilités Encadrer et accompagner les équipes en service dans les différents points de vente (restaurant, bar, catering, B2B). Être présent(e) sur le terrain pendant les périodes d’affluence et agir comme support opérationnel pour assurer un service fluide et efficace. Veiller au respect des standards qualité, des normes d’hygiène (HACCP) et des procédures internes. Participer activement à la formation, à l’intégration et à la motivation du personnel. Identifier les opportunités de vente additionnelle et stimuler les équipes à atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires. Collaborer avec le Manager pour la planification, l’organisation des activités et le suivi des indicateurs de performance. Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d’initiatives environnementales et durables (ISO 14001). Participer à l’organisation et à l’exécution d’événements et d’activités B2B sur site. Requirements Expérience confirmée (minimum 2 à 5 ans) dans le secteur horeca, hôtellerie, restauration collective ou loisirs. Leadership naturel, sens du service et esprit d’équipe. Capacité à encadrer et motiver des équipes de taille variable dans un environnement dynamique. Orientation clients et résultats, avec un sens aigu de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation. Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion et des standards opérationnels. Esprit entrepreneurial, proactivité et goût du terrain. Maîtrise du français obligatoire ; la connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l’anglais est un atout. Benefits Un environnement de travail naturel, convivial et stimulant.
