Hospitality Talents est une agence de recrutement, spécialisée dans la mise en relation de professionnels de l'hôtellerie de haut niveau avec des employeurs prestigieux. Notre client, un hôtel 4 étoiles situé au cœur de Bruxelles, recherche un(e) Food & Beverage Manager. L'établissement allie caractère historique et confort contemporain, avec restaurant, un bar & lounge et de vastes espaces de réunions et événements. Il accueille une clientèle d'affaires internationale, des organisateurs MICE et une clientèle locale de quartier. Le poste Directement rattaché(e) au General Manager, vous pilotez l'ensemble des outlets F&B de l'hôtel : le restaurant (petit-déjeuner buffet, business lunch express, dîner, brunch le week-end), le bar & lounge, le banqueting et les événements, ainsi que le room service et les attentions VIP. C'est un rôle de leadership exigeant la présence en salle aux moments forts du service, alliée à une gestion rigoureuse des aspects administratifs, financiers et humains du département. Vos responsabilités Opérations : diriger les services aux pics d'activité, garantir la synergie cuisine / salle, faire vivre les standards de service et veiller à la satisfaction client (plateformes d'avis, actions correctives). Commercial : collaborer activement avec les Sales & Marketing pour développer la fréquentation de la brasserie, promouvoir le business lunch et l'afterwork auprès des entreprises du quartier, optimiser la visibilité sur les plateformes de réservation, et animer des partenariats locaux (brasseurs artisanaux, producteurs). Gestion financière : piloter le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité du département (P&L, cost control, inventaires), négocier avec les fournisseurs et superviser le POS. Événementiel : construire les propositions de banquets avec l'équipe Sales et superviser leur exécution (séminaires, banquets, cocktails) en lien étroit avec le Chef pour les menus. Équipe : encadrer, planifier et former les équipes permanentes, flexi-jobs et étudiants, dans le respect des règles du secteur (PC 302) et des normes d'hygiène (AFSCA / HACCP). Requirements Votre profil 3 à 5 ans minimum d'expérience en management F&B dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ou un environnement restauration / banqueting à fort volume. Anglais et français courants ; le néerlandais est un atout. Maîtrise des outils du secteur : POS (type Simphony), PMS (type Opera), logiciels de planification, MS Office. Un leader opérationnel, commercial et proche de ses équipes, avec un vrai sens de l'hospitalité.
