Hospitality Talents, rekruteringsbureau gespecialiseerd in hospitality-profielen, is op zoek naar een Cluster Groups & Events Manager voor een gerenommeerd hotel groep in Antwerpen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Coördineren en aansturen van de Groups & Events-afdeling voor het volledige hotelcluster. Ontwikkelen van een gecentraliseerde commerciële strategie, afgestemd op elk hotel. Leiden, coachen en motiveren van een team van event coördinatoren/executives op verschillende locaties. Zorgen voor consistente offertes, optimalisatie van conversieratio’s en winstgevendheid. Intensieve samenwerking met General Managers, Revenue Managers en lokale operationele teams. Actief uitbouwen van commerciële partnerschappen en vertegenwoordiging op vakbeurzen. Analyseren van KPI’s per locatie en bijsturen waar nodig om doelstellingen te behalen. Requirements Bachelor- of masterdiploma in hotelmanagement, toerisme of business. Minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in Groups & Events, bij voorkeur in een multi-property of regionale context. Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van teams op afstand. Sterk analytisch vermogen en ervaring met budgetbeheer en strategische planning. Grondige kennis van MICE, banket en eventcatering. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels – vereist voor deze functie. Kennis van Opera Sales & Catering of een gelijkaardig systeem is een pluspunt.
