Hospitality Talents est une agence de recrutement, spécialisée dans la mise en relation de professionnels de l'hôtellerie de haut niveau avec des employeurs prestigieux. Notre client, une brasserie emblématique de la région liégeoise, recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) de la Restauration / Gérant(e) pour prendre en main la gestion globale de son établissement. Ce poste clé vise à garantir l’excellence du service, la satisfaction client et la performance opérationnelle, dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant. Missions principales : Gestion opérationnelle du front : Assurer un standard de service irréprochable (accueil, qualité, rapidité). Superviser la gestion des stocks (commandes, rotation, optimisation des coûts). Être présent(e) sur le terrain pour garantir une expérience client premium. Encadrement des équipes : Manager les équipes Bar et Salle (planning, prestations, évaluation). Organiser la formation continue (normes de service, produits, sécurité). Animer et motiver une équipe mixte (jeunes talents et profils expérimentés). Responsabilités administratives : Élaborer et mettre à jour l’offre client et la carte (créativité, saisonnalité, rentabilité). Assurer la réconciliation des caisses et le suivi financier quotidien. Participer à la gestion des fournisseurs (négociation, qualité, délais). Suivi opérationnel "On Duty" : Garantir la maintenance de premier niveau (matériel, locaux). Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et d’hygiène. Gérer les imprévus avec réactivité (clients, équipe, logistique). Requirements Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en gestion de restauration, idéalement en brasserie ou établissement similaire. Leadership naturel : capacité à manager une équipe diversifiée (jeunes + seniors) avec bienveillance et fermeté. Rigueur administrative : maîtrise des outils de gestion (caisses, stocks, reporting). Sens du terrain : présence active en salle et en cuisine pour fédérer et inspirer. Autonomie et polyvalence : capable de passer du stratégique à l’opérationnel sans sourciller. Benefits Indépendant (avec facturation) ou CDI sur payroll (selon préférence du candidat). Rémunération attractive, à discuter selon profil et expérience.
