Notre client, un établissement haut de gamme à Bruxelles cherche un(e) Comptable (h/f) — CDI, temps plein. Rôle et responsabilités Rattaché(e) à la direction financière, vous assurez la fiabilité de la comptabilité de l'établissement au quotidien : Vérifier les chiffres, saisies et documents Organiser, sécuriser et tenir tous les fichiers, registres, caisses et équivalents de caisse conformément aux procédures internes Enregistrer, consulter et analyser les données financières informatisées Tenir à jour des tableaux Excel précis pour les données financières et comptables Classer, coder et résumer les données chiffrées et financières à l'aide des journaux, grands livres et systèmes informatiques Préparer, tenir à jour et diffuser les rapports et tableaux statistiques, financiers, comptables, d'audit ou de paie Réaliser les clôtures de fin de période et les rapports associés Préparer, vérifier, rapprocher et émettre les factures, notes de débit et relevés de compte selon les procédures de l'entreprise Répondre aux besoins des clients de manière professionnelle, positive et rapide Respecter toutes les politiques de l'entreprise, la confidentialité des informations et la protection des actifs, ainsi que la vie privée des clients et des collègues Communiquer avec clarté et professionnalisme, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (téléphone, emails, documents) Développer de bonnes relations de travail, soutenir l'équipe et écouter les préoccupations des collègues Accomplir toute autre tâche raisonnable demandée par les superviseurs Requirements Profil recherché Bachelier en comptabilité, finance, Gestion Hôtelière ou domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle comptable, idéalement en hôtellerie Maîtrise des systèmes comptables/PMS (Opera est un atout) et compétences avancées en Excel Bilingue anglais/français Grand sens du détail, esprit analytique et respect des délais Une connaissance du secteur hôtelier constitue un atout Accès aux formations internes et aux opportunités de développement de carrière au sein d'un groupe hôtelier international Benefits Conditions de travail Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) — temps plein Nombreux avantages Accès aux formations internes et aux opportunités de développement de carrière au sein d'un groupe hôtelier international
