Hospitality Talents est une agence de recrutement, spécialisée dans la mise en relation de professionnels de l'hôtellerie de haut niveau avec des employeurs prestigieux. Notre client, un établissement haut de gamme à Bruxelles cherche un(e) F&B Controller (h/f/x) — CDI, temps plein pour piloter la performance financière de l'ensemble de ses outlets F&B et M&E. Votre rôle Vous êtes le garant de la rentabilité du département F&B : analyse, contrôle et reporting, en binôme avec les managers opérationnels. Un rôle de chiffres et de pilotage, pas un rôle de terrain. Vos responsabilités Analyser et suivre le P&L F&B complet : revenus, food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, marges par outlet Préparer le budget F&B avec la direction et assurer le forecasting mensuel et l'écart-analyse Produire les rapports de gestion périodiques (mensuel, flash hebdomadaire) et les présenter au management Superviser le purchasing, la réception des marchandises et la gestion des stocks (inventaires permanents et mensuels) Auditer les systèmes POS : voids, discounts, offerts, staff meals, transferts vers le PMS Piloter le menu engineering avec les chefs : costing des recettes, pricing, rentabilité par plat Identifier les faiblesses de contrôle et proposer des améliorations de process Conseiller la direction sur l'impact financier des projets et initiatives F&B Requirements Votre profil Formation en finance, comptabilité ou gestion hôtelière Expérience confirmée en controlling F&B ou cost control, idéalement en hôtellerie Excellente maîtrise d'Excel ; connaissance des systèmes de type Material Control un atout Orienté chiffres, rigoureux, à l'aise pour challenger les opérationnels avec tact Langues : français et/ou néerlandais, anglais Benefits Conditions de travail Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) — temps plein Nombreux avantages Accès aux formations internes et aux opportunités de développement de carrière au sein d'un groupe hôtelier international
