Ben jij van nature gastvrij, vrolijk, enthousiast en ken je Nijmegen als je broekzak? Heb jij kennis van reserveringssysteem Shiji en daar minimaal 5 maanden mee gewerkt als receptionist(e) in de hotellerie? Spreek je naast foutloos Nederlands ook Engels en Duits? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wat ga je doen tijdens een dienst? Allereerst: plezier hebben! Het contact met onze gasten en collega’s is het belangrijkste én het leukste binnen deze functie. Al sinds de opening worden onze gastvrijheid en service beoordeeld met een 9. Dit is het gemiddelde cijfer uit meer dan 28.000 beoordelingen (!!!) en daar zijn we heel erg trots op. Dit hoge cijfer kunnen we alleen blijven behouden wanneer ons hele team gastvrijheid op nummer één zet. Jij hebt dan ook van nature oprechte interesse in andere mensen!

Naast ‘plezier hebben’ ga je ook (onder andere) deze werkzaamheden verrichten:

  • Ontvangen en inchecken van gasten (met plezier!) en ze daarbij voorzien van algemene en toeristische informatie
  • Aannemen en verwerken van kamerreserveringen
  • Voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor check-in
  • Diverse werkzaamheden verrichten rondom speciale evenementen en feestdagen (denk bijvoorbeeld aan de Nijmeegse Vierdaagse, de kerstdagen of een groot concert in GelreDome)
  • Verlenen van service, zoals het verzorgen van wekservice, verrassingen op kamers plaatsen
  • Uitchecken van vertrekkende gasten
  • Verwerken van betalingen, factureren
  • Relevante werkzaamheden communiceren naar andere afdelingen, waaronder technische dienst en housekeeping
  • Bijzondere gastenwensen voorbereiden
  • Reserveringen aannemen voor het restaurant

Je volgt een zorgvuldig samengesteld inwerkplan en kunt met al je vragen terecht bij je collega’s. Het enthousiaste en ervaren team zorgt ervoor dat je je snel thuis voelt en zodoende het beste uit jezelf kunt halen.
