Sta jij te trappelen om je leidinggevende skills in de praktijk te brengen bij het beste hotel van Gelderland? Ben jij een kei in het aansturen en motiveren van collega's? Word dan supervisor restaurant in ons jonge, enthousiaste team! Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat al onze gasten in het restaurant, Lola's Bar en op het terras volledig in de watten worden gelegd.

Wat ga je doen? Allereerst zorg je voor een goede verdeling van de taken en werkzaamheden. Je organiseert alle voorkomende werkzaamheden in het restaurant, in Lola's Bar en op het terras en je stemt deze tevens af met andere afdelingen, waaronder de banqueting. Tijdens je dienst treed je op als gastheer/gastvrouw en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten, ook bij vragen, opmerkingen of klachten. Natuurlijk motiveer en inspireer je de collega's in de bediening en werk je actief mee in het operationele proces. Je draagt zorg voor orde, netheid en hygiëne, zowel voor als achter de schermen.

Wie ben jij?

Als onze ideale collega heb jij minimaal MBO denk- en werkniveau met ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie en bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een leermeesterdiploma. Vanzelfsprekend ben je een teamplayer en heb je een representatief voorkomen, daarnaast beschik je over een flinke dosis humor! Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn handige skills in de horeca en het is prettig wanneer je in de nabije omgeving van het hotel woont.

Maar het allerbelangrijkste: gastvrijheid zit in je genen!
