Ben jij het organisatorisch talent dat ervoor zorgt dat tijdens een bijeenkomst, congres, partij, bruiloft of ander evenement alles vlekkeloos verloopt? En doe jij dit met een stralende glimlach? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor onze Banqueting afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Banqueting stagiair(e). De afdeling Banqueting is verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van partijen, congressen, vergaderingen etc. Vanaf het begin tot het eind moet alles tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn. Jij bent samen met je collega’s betrokken bij een evenement vanaf de ontvangst.

Wat ga je leren?

  • Voorbereiden en gereedmaken van vergader- en evenementenzalen
  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van onze fijne gasten
  • Ondersteunen tijdens vergaderingen, congressen en evenementen
  • Verzorgen van koffie-, lunch- en borrelmomenten
  • Werken volgens onze service- en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen het hotel
  • Bijdragen aan een complete gastbeleving van ontvangst tot vertrek.

Geen nood, dit hoeft natuurlijk niet allemaal tegelijk! Je volgt een zorgvuldig samengesteld inwerkplan en kunt met al je vragen terecht bij je leermeester en je collega’s. Het jonge, enthousiaste en ervaren team zorgt ervoor dat je je snel thuis voelt en zodoende het beste uit jezelf én je stage kunt halen.
