In Deiner Ausbildung zur Köchin / zum Koch lernst Du Schritt für Schritt, wie man mit frischen Zutaten köstliche Gerichte zaubert und unseren Gästen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht kocht. Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Du wirst Teil unserer Küchencrew und bereitest Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendbuffets mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu – abwechslungsreich, frisch und familienfreundlich.
  • Kreativität trifft Handwerk: Du richtest Platten an, kochst Suppen, zauberst Salate und Desserts – und lernst, wie man Geschmack und Optik perfekt kombiniert.
  • Auch Planung gehört dazu: Du lernst, Speisepläne zu erstellen, Zutaten einzukaufen und fachgerecht zu lagern – mit Blick für Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Hygiene und Sauberkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich – Du arbeitest strukturiert, sauber und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Du wächst mit Deinen Aufgaben: In allen Bereichen der Küche wirst Du eingearbeitet und bekommst nach und nach mehr Verantwortung übertragen.

Dein neuer Arbeitsplatz

Du arbeitest im Familien Wellness Hotel Seeklause, Mölschower Weg 1a, 17449 Trassenheide – mitten auf der schönen Insel Usedom. Hier erwartet Dich eine herzliche Crew und ein Arbeitsplatz, an dem sich alles darum dreht, Familienglück zu produzieren.

Deine Ausbildungszeiten

Deine Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre. Nach etwa eineinhalb Jahren legst Du den ersten Teil der gestreckten Abschlussprüfung ab – ein wichtiger Meilenstein, der bereits in Deine Gesamtnote einfließt. Am Ende der Ausbildung folgt der zweite Teil, bestehend aus einer theoretischen und praktischen Abschlussprüfung, in der Du Dein Können unter Beweis stellst. Deine Berufsschule ist in Wolgast – dort bekommst Du das theoretische Wissen, das Du bei uns direkt in der Küche anwenden kannst.

Deine Arbeitszeiten

Deine Einsatzzeiten richten sich nach dem jeweiligen Bereich, in dem Du während Deiner Ausbildung arbeitest. Grundsätzlich bewegen sich die Schichten im Zeitfenster zwischen 06:00 Uhr morgens und 23:00 Uhr nachts – je nach Abteilung und Aufgaben. Die genaue Planung stimmen wir fair im Team miteinander ab. Selbstverständlich halten wir uns dabei an die Vorgaben des Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetzes.
