Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Speisen: Erlernen und Anwendung von Kochtechniken und Rezepten Zubereitung von Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts Kreative Präsentation der Speisen
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Küchenbereichen: Mitarbeit in der kalten und warmen Küche Zubereitung von Speisen für das À-la-carte-Restaurant, Buffets und Bankette Unterstützung im Patisseriebereich
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Hygiene: Einhaltung der Lebensmittelhygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards Kontrolle der Qualität und Frische der Zutaten Pflege und Reinigung der Arbeitsbereiche und -geräte
  • Warenwirtschaft: Annahme und Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen Lagerung und Verwaltung von Lebensmitteln und Zutaten Unterstützung bei der Inventur
  • Menüplanung und -gestaltung: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Menüs und Tagesgerichten Berücksichtigung von saisonalen und regionalen Produkten Anpassung der Speisen an besondere Anlässe und Gästewünsche

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (mindestens mittlere Reife)
  • Leidenschaft fürs Kochen und Interesse an der Gastronomie
  • Kreativität und Sinn für Ästhetik
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
