Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Restaurant Supervisor (m/w/d).

Als Restaurant Supervisor (m/w/d) unterstützt du die Restaurantleitung bei der Organisation und Koordination des täglichen Abendgeschäfts. Dabei arbeitest du aktiv im Service mit, behältst die Abläufe im Blick und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

Das moderne VAN DER VALK HOTEL BERLIN BRANDENBURG in Blankenfelde-Mahlow ist ein 4-Sterne-Superior-Konferenz- und Businesshotel mit idealer Anbindung an Berlin, Potsdam und den Flughafen BER.   • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Restaurantleitung, Küche, Bar und Bankett
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Warenkontrollen und Inventuren

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Restaurant- oder Servicebereich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Koordination eines Teams von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Gästeorientierung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Neugierig geworden?
