Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Event Sales Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Hochzeiten & Events.

Mit Leidenschaft, Kreativität und Verkaufstalent begleiten Sie unsere Brautpaare von der ersten Anfrage bis zur finalen Planung ihres großen Tages. Sie beraten individuell, entwickeln passende Veranstaltungskonzepte und machen aus besonderen Anlässen unvergessliche Erlebnisse.

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium/Ausbildung idealerweise in der Gastronomie- oder der Hotelbranche
  • Von Vorteil wäre 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Event-Management
  • Du überzeugst durch deine offene und freundliche Art
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Organisationsgeschick
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du kennst Dich mit Microsoft Office und idealerweise mit Canva aus
  • Überzeugungskraft und ein gutes Verhandlungsgeschick

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Prozess: Planung, Organisation, Betreuung von Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Function Sheets
  • Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Telefon, Mail und persönlich
  • Durchführung von Hausführungen und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an internen Veranstaltungs- und Abstimmungsmeetings
  • Follow-ups, After-Sales-Aktivitäten und aktive Kundenpflege
  • Pflege aller relevanten Daten im Veranstaltungssystem
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen sowie Reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen
