Missão da área:

Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) de Contencioso Tributário Internacional para defender e fortalecer nossos posicionamentos tributários globais. Esta posição atua no suporte a uma plataforma digital em rápido crescimento, com operações em múltiplas jurisdições. Como especialista jurídico-tributário, você será responsável por supervisionar nossa defesa em auditorias fiscais globais, gerenciar litígios e questionamentos junto às autoridades e conduzir pesquisas jurídicas complexas. Embora esta função abranja impostos internacionais diretos e indiretos, haverá um forte foco em impostos indiretos (VAT, GST, US Sales Tax) e regulamentações de plataformas digitais.

Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Liderar e gerenciar auditorias e questionamentos fiscais internacionais globalmente, com foco em US Sales Tax, VAT/GST e Imposto de Renda Internacional (Income Tax);
  • Elaborar respostas jurídicas formais, memorandos (position papers) e documentação de defesa para as autoridades fiscais;
  • Conduzir pesquisas jurídicas aprofundadas sobre legislação tributária internacional, jurisprudência e regras de responsabilidade fiscal de plataformas digitais;
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de contencioso tributário para mitigar riscos e defender o modelo de negócios da empresa;
  • Atuar como especialista jurídico-tributário para equipes multifuncionais (Produto, Jurídico, FP&A), garantindo que as operações e os contratos de usuários estejam alinhados com nossos posicionamentos fiscais;
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com autoridades fiscais globais, escritórios de advocacia externos e consultores tributários;
  • Apoiar a expansão dos negócios e o lançamento de novos produtos, identificando e mitigando riscos de contencioso tributário nas jurisdições.

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Graduação em Direito (com registro na OAB);
  • Experiência sólida em contencioso tributário, consultoria tributária internacional ou litígio fiscal (experiência prévia em Big 4, escritórios de advocacia ou empresa multinacional);
  • Habilidade comprovada na elaboração de respostas formais (defesas/ofícios) às autoridades fiscais e forte capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Inglês fluente (imprescindível para a atuação global).

Habilidades que são diferenciais:

  • Experiência no setor de tecnologia/digital, especificamente com tributação de serviços digitais (ESS), regras de marketplace facilitator ou modelos de negócios focados na Creator Economy;
  • Conhecimento dos princípios de US Sales Tax, VAT/GST europeu e Imposto de Renda Internacional;
  • Pós-graduação, LL.M. ou especialização avançada em Direito Tributário Internacional.
