Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Desenvolver e otimizar processos e mecanismos escaláveis para operacionalização das iniciativas com parceiros;
  • Estruturar e apresentar materiais executivos com resultados, recomendações estratégicas e visão de futuro para lideranças;
  • Liderar o planejamento e a estruturação de novos projetos de parceria, desde a definição de escopo até a execução;
  • Desenvolver e otimizar queries em SQL para geração de insights e suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Criar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais que facilitem o acompanhamento de indicadores-chave;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos por meio de análises exploratórias;
  • Comunicar resultados de forma clara e objetiva para diferentes públicos.

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência sólida como Business Analyst ou em áreas correlatas com forte atuação em análise de dados e automações;
  • Domínio intermediário ou avançado de SQL e Power BI;
  • Experiência com análise de dados e geração de insights acionáveis;
  • Boa comunicação para traduzir dados em histórias compreensíveis para o negócio;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente com autonomia e senioridade.
