COMO SEU TRABALHO PODE TRANSFORMAR O MUNDO Estamos em busca de uma pessoa especialista para atuar na frente de Eficiência Operacional dentro da FSBU (Financial Services Business Unit) como Business Operations Specialist (Risk & Fraud), uma área que vive um momento de consolidação e alta visibilidade na Hotmart. Essa pessoa será responsável por identificar padrões de fraude, propor melhorias preventivas e corretivas e estruturar soluções de automação que reduzam atividades manuais e aumentem a eficiência operacional.

APAIXONE-SE VOCÊ TAMBÉM Aqui, suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Identificar padrões de comportamento suspeitos, tendências de fraudes e novos vetores de ataque através de análise de dados;
  • Atuar de maneira proativa, propondo melhorias preventivas e corretivas nas variáveis de fraude e participando da criação de normas e regras de prevenção nos sistemas de Risk e FDM;
  • Desenvolver soluções de automação para otimizar processos de investigação e mitigação de fraudes, reduzindo falsos positivos e melhorando a eficiência operacional;
  • Conduzir auditorias internas relacionadas aos processos e controles da área;
  • Mapear gargalos operacionais e estruturar soluções automatizadas para fluxos manuais e repetitivos;
  • Validar hipóteses e pilotos antes de escalá-los para times de engenharia;
  • Colaborar com equipes internas como IT, Data Science, Operações, Negócios e Produtos para elaborar e implementar soluções de prevenção à fraude;
  • Atuar como ponto focal da frente de fraude end-to-end, revisitando processos sempre que necessário para garantir o melhor resultado sobre o problema;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências, técnicas e novas abordagens de fraude e análise de risco.

HABILIDADES QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Análise de fraude e risco: experiência com prevenção e combate a fraudes, análise de risco e identificação de padrões suspeitos.
  • Automação e eficiência operacional: capacidade de desenhar e implementar soluções para otimização de processos, com foco em redução de atividades manuais e ganho de escala.
  • Programação e dados: domínio de SQL e Python para análise, investigação e construção de soluções automatizadas.
  • Visualização de dados: conhecimento em Power BI para acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Mapeamento de processos: habilidade para identificar gargalos, revisitar fluxos e propor melhorias contínuas.
  • Tomada de decisão analítica: capacidade de atuar com precisão, agilidade e senso crítico diante de cenários complexos.
  • Colaboração multidisciplinar: atuação próxima a áreas como IT, Data Science, Operações, Negócios e Produtos para construção conjunta de soluções.
  • IA: conhecimento em Cloude//GeminiPro ou nas ferramentas oficiais da Hotmart (Quiro/Astrobox) será considerado um diferencial.
