Hiring for a leading Chemical Distributor in Pakistan. Dealing with 175+ products across 12+ industries, backed by 30 years of global sourcing across Pakistan

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Officer with a strong background in the sales of cosmetic chemicals and ingredients. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with cosmetic manufacturers across Pakistan, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell cosmetic chemicals, raw materials, and ingredients to cosmetic manufacturers across Pakistan.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new customers and business opportunities within the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
  • Understand customers' product requirements and recommend suitable chemical ingredients accordingly.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and payments..
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing of cosmetic chemicals, raw materials, or ingredients.
  • Strong existing network among cosmetic manufacturers in Pakistan will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of cosmetic ingredients and their applications.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
